The "SIR13 Series" is an insulation degradation and characteristic evaluation tester that not only measures insulation degradation phenomena represented by migration but also supports a wide range of applications, including insulation characteristic evaluation during material development stages.
You can freely select measurement boards with different applied voltages, making it adaptable to various applications.
Each channel is equipped with a microcurrent meter, allowing for continuous and high-speed measurement of insulation resistance values at 20 msec, accurately capturing the instantaneous occurrence and cessation of ions (electrochemical) migration phenomena.
